Order/delivery
When does the invoice have to be paid?
You can pay by invoice, by Paypal, by bank account, by credit card, in advance or cash on delivery. With the delivery of the ordered products you receive our invoice.
After receipt of the invoice you have 10 days to pay the invoice.
Can I place a direct order?
In the direct order you can enter known order numbers quickly and easily into the order form and add it directly to the shopping cart. Please enter the order number according to our catalog.
Please make sure to enter the entire catalogue number of the catalogue with leading zeros - but without dots in the fields.
How long is the delivery time?
We supply you within 5 calendar days within Germany and within 10 calendar days abroad.
