A delicacy for gourmets: goose mousse made according to traditional know-how from non-forcefed liver, refined with truffles and a bouquet of spices. This fine paté is great for canapés – or just enjoy this gourmet speciality on fresh bread. Foie gras is a speciality that made Maison Feyel famous. For over 200 years now, the delicacies have been masterfully crafted in high quality. Cooking at low temperature preserves the aromas and the creaminess of the non-forcefed livers, which are flavoured with a bouquet of fresh spices. The ducks and geese live in a natural environment with plenty of space, where they receive carefully selected feed of grain and maize. Serve the mousse with dried fruits, fig chutney, a few grains of sea salt and farmhouse bread, preferably not toasted.

Über Maison Feyel

Foie Gras ist eine Spezialität, die Maison Feyel berühmt gemacht hat. Seit nunmehr über 200 Jahren werden die Delikatessen in hoher Qualität meisterlich gefertigt. Das Kochen bei niedriger Temperatur bewahrt die Aromen und die Cremigkeit der ungestopften Lebern, die abgeschmeckt werden mit einem Bouquet von frischen Gewürzen. Die Enten und Gänse leben in einer natürlichen Umgebung mit viel Platz, hier erhalten sie streng ausgewählte Nahrung aus Getreide und Mais. Servieren Sie das Mousse mit getrockneten Früchten, Feigenchutney, ein paar Körnern Meersalz und Landbrot, vorzugsweise nicht getoastet.
