Products from Bücker's Backhaus
Baked by hand according to a traditional recipe, the loaves are produced by the small family bakery of Bücker's near Lippstadt in north-western Germany. After resting, the dough is weighed by hand and the shaped loaves are rolled in flour, seeds and flakes. Bücker's cakes and baked goods are produced in accordance with family recipes handed down through the generations. The wheat is grown, harvested and ground predominantly at the family's own farm, and is then transformed in their bakery into breads such as striezel, the plaited loaves so popular in Germany.
